A local team member gets back to you the same day during business hours. We'll ask what you're seeing, how big your home is, and whether anything needs handling urgently — then give you a price before we come out. No inspection fee to get a number, and no pressure if the timing isn't right.

We serve Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richlandand the surrounding communities. If you're just outside the Tri-Cities, call anyway — we can often still get to you.

If pests come back between scheduled visits, re-service is free — call or text (509) 222-9828 and we'll get you back on the schedule. Same number for rescheduling a visit, updating your billing, or changing what's on your plan.
